When saving a hash table to a file with the -i switch, so that it is saved in .ini file format, any item that contains an [ or ] will be corrupted, as those characters are changed to a ~ tilde. When hloading the table, the tilde does not revert to its original state, and you cannot know if it was a [ or a ].

One way for him to go around that, is to $encode his items.
