This is an mIRC help forum. You are not supposed to use
mIRC with MSN. mIRC connects you to IRC
Furthermore, if someone took over your channel then the harsh fact is you should be careful who gets opped in your channel. Also, if it wasn't registered with any kind of service, and there is no service to protect from takeovers, that's the networks fault and choice.
