I think its actually a xdcc bot list on a website gatherer, looks like its part (all?) of a script that goesout and pulls a website and reads a list of xdcc bots packets from it, Nothing to scary but nothing amazing ever. PS: check out
http://buyo.altervista.org which is near the end of the script, it is a xdcc bot list from somewhere.
