Hello.. I have noticed that once status windows logging is turned on, everything that loads in status windows starting with motd to /whois..etc loads at a very low rate of speed and freezes mIRC! curretly using v6.3

Try a clean install of mIRC without any scripts loaded and see if you have the same problem.

Delete your logs files and it should works perfectly
