can anyone tell which chars (from 1 to 31) are used by mIRC (and windows) and what for?
I know about 2 - bold, 3 - colour, 8 - backspace, 9 - tab, 10 - $lf, 13 - $cr, 22 - reverse, 26 - EOF, 31 - underline
Others I've tested don't seem to have result in mIRC, neither their acting suits the description in ISO 8859-1
