is there a way to close only the file being downloaded from $get without closing all get windows from the nick? i have tried close -g $get(%a) $get(%a).file lots of different ways but it closes all windows from $get(%a)

not sure, but try $get(nick,N)
N = 0 for count.

i solved it by close -g $+ $get(%a).file $get(%a)
