sometimes I get the command "/dccserver +sc on 59" to get through certain fserves, and I type in the command and I still can't get it. Can someone help?

DCCServer is an error that is often experienced. There have been many threads about the issue, the best thing you could do is use the Search feature. Expand to 'All Forums' and 'All Posts' for best results, and search for 'dccserver'.

If you're getting mp3s/movies/software/warez and so on be aware that this is ILLEGAL, not what mIRC is for and a good/quick way to get a virus. mIRC isn't a mass file sharing program.

You may want to contact the owner of the FServe (should be a trusted friend if you're getting files from someone) and see if they can shed any light on the issue.
