Hey, I don't know if this has been covered before (I did a search and didn't see what I was looking for), but is there a way for a user to modify the user interface to add a slight bit of padding around the interior of the channel window frames? In my case, it just makes it easier to read the text inside.

Are you using maximized windows?
In any case, check the option, alt + o > display > options > styles... and select 'thin frame', a border color and a border size.
