email address after paying for mIRC... I am a NEW registered user in the forums... I already have mIRC installed and am using it for gaming... I am NOT sure what I should do next...

I'm not sure why you got that message, but it looks like you're registered. I'd just ignore it unless you experience problems. But that's just what I'd do if it happened to me.
