I am trying to connect to Bulgarian server from UK with the server irc.bitex.com.OK thats easy i can but the problem is that i can't use the mIRC firewall.I am doing all the stuff that it says in help on that web site but i still can't.I have done the port and the Host i think but i need help for the User ID and Password and the other settings.By the way i'm usung Dial-Up Connection.PLS urgent help F1

P.S What does the firewall will do when i'm using it.What will be the difference?

mIRC doesn't have a firewall, it has firewall support. This is for the people behind certain types of firewall which stop them using IRC without setting up mIRC to connect through it. If you do not know if you have a firewall, you probably don't, so leave it set to "None".
