If that's not what you're asking then it might be a better idea to (presuming your first language isn't english) get a person fluent in your language and english to translate for you. Anyway, If he means change the version info reply mirc gives out, its not that hard to change.

And changing the mIRC version reply completely is widely regarded as a bad thing, and will get people banned from many channels for doing so, particularly #mIRC help channels depending on what ops are active. Not particularly good advice to give to people Help on adding to the version reply can be found in /help ctcp events. Regards, Mentality/Chris

If someone is getting others kick/banned from channels, it's not particularly good to give them something that may result in that. Nor can I personally see it ever becoming a 'proper' feature of mIRC. Whether Khaled doesn't mind or not doesn't change the fact that it is "widely regarded as a bad thing". Regards, Mentality/Chris
