I don't know why ppl are registering mIRC ( sorry Khalid  ), but.. i can't see the point! mIRC stays after 30 days, and never ask you to register it!

Same idea:
I don't understand why people get jobs, I mean you can just have a car run over your foot and then sue the driver for millions instead.

It will unless you are blind or you have hacked the .exe - once every so often mIRC throws the rego website at you.

1st time i got mirc i didnt know it had to be registered, and after 30 days i got the following error message:
cannot connect, you have not registered
new username: tidy_trax

I didn't register it for years and never got that message, on various computers and various installations.

Umm mIRC has no such message in it. I have a copy of mIRC on my system (that I never use) that is version 5.4, and I never entered my registration code into it, so I just tried it out now and it still runs. And I've had that on my system since whenever 5.4 was released but it was certainly more than 30 days ago.

It was 2 years before I did the right thing and registered mIRC. I never had a problem with connecting - at least not because of that, anyway.
Never compare yourself to others - they're more screwed up than you think.

ah, i see... because Khaled runs on the honor system and trusts ppl, you dont see any point in doing the right thing. And are you proud of yourself for justifying stealing from him? Don't bother answering that, your ethics are obvious and of no interest. Thread closed.
