Forums mIRC Help Won't start.

When I click mIRC application, and this is on any script I download, this is the error I get.

Mirc has caused an errori in KERNEL32.DLL

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please Contact your system administrator.

Any ideas anybody?

Sounds like your doing it at work/school where they have limited installations on that computer. Usually administrators add such restrictions so users can't download and instal such programs as aim, icq, and even mirc where it benefits only a couple users, and for the rest just takes up harddrive space. Not much you can do about it, but ask the administrator is you can instal mirc

Nah, im at home. I just used irc last night. I restarted my computer this morning, and bam, it diddn't work. This is sad, I am the system administrator, how do I change it so I can use it?
