Ages ago when Twitch wasn't the main topic and mIRC did not have /tips someone named bliP made awesome pop-up Dll called "arise". I always prefered it over built-up tooltips.
I'm looking for anyone who knows where to find bliP. Really would love to ask if there is more recentish private build to be compatible with 7.x
