Forums Connection Issues Ellipsis Jetpack

My computer is connected to the Internet via a Verizon Ellipsis Jetpack. When I use the Jetpack, I can use a mIRC client to connect to the EFNet, but with the same client I cannot connect to the Undernet. On both connections, I use port number 6669. If I use a different wireless connnection with the same computer, I can connect to both networks. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

If you are able to connect to the same server:port combination on one internet connection but not the other, this may mean that a particular server:port combination is being blocked by the internet provider on the other connection. You could try using a different port number, or a different server address on the same network, to see if that works.
