What's the best way to run MIRC on a Mac? I've tried wine/wine bottler, and most recently wineskin winery/wine wrapper.

I am currently using CrossOver (which uses WINE anyway) and all seems to be working well.
Are you having issues using wine? Might be worth checking out http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=20068

winebottler is a great distribution of wine for OSX. You can get up and running in minutes:

WINE in these terms is a Windows Emulator, not a substance that you can drink.
