Forums mIRC Help Can't log in

When I click on the desktop for "mIRC for TCKg5", ordinarily it will come on REGISTER or CONTINUE - I usually hit CONTINUE, and it goes right to the correct chat screen to download karaoke songs... however, now when I just hit CONTINUE, the whole icon just goes away - HELP!

TCKg5 is an external script for filesharing, which is not supported on these forums.

Did you try with this uninstalled or disabled?
If not, please do so.

If you still have trouble, please type the following line, and report the information returned

//echo -a $script(0) $dll(0) $md5($mircexe,2) $version $os

Note that the above line can be typed in any mIRC window.

It has been installed and I use it almost every day. I used it as recent as last night and exited correctly as usual. I went to use it today and no luck. It would not even go to the chat line where I can enter the info you gave me.

I am not sure how to enter it into a MIRC window if I can't bring it up at all - can I enter it online through your website?

I don't know if my download was disabled, how do I tell? and how do I correct it?

My recommendation, at this point, is for you to:
1) Uninstall the copy of mIRC you currently have
2) Download the latest version from here
3) Run the installer
4) Do not re-install that file sharing program
