Hey!

I was wondering if theres a way (through a script, option, or otherwise) to be able to join more than 20 channels. Even with just 20 I get the message "unable to join (too many channels open)" but I can read everything in the channel normally and can write myself. But at 21 it just wont let me join. There are others that have 30 channels open, does that work with mIRC? If so, how?

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

That is not an mIRC error, that's a server limitation. mIRC can join as many channels as you want, limited by the server. You need to be on a server with a larger limit than 20, though servers like those are probably rare as the reason for the limit is to keep server traffic down. If you know someone on 30 channels, ask them what server they use and switch to that.
