Why not just paste it?

You need to explain more...
How did you produce it?
What was the expected result?

Code:
<intro> ÇáÓáÇã Úáíßã

Im guessing you are referring to when you echo it, it does not show... Probably because of UTF-8. It has some strange things, such as a displayable backspace charachter.

First off, it's not a bug... at least, not a bug in mIRC. If you have a scripting question, it should be in the script forum. Second, your output seems to be caused by UTF. If you use any characters that aren't UTF capable, it can mess up your output of UTF characters. That's what $utfencode is for. If you actually show your script, people can help you to fix the problem in the script.

you don't have to echo it just execute the text on the client as a normal message it will give you the nick <intro> hello in Arabic language
while you are not using this nick

I don't think you quite understand how this works...

For something to be fixed, there has to be proof that there is something wrong with mIRC and not just the way you're using it. If it turns out that you've just configured or used mIRC incorrectly, Khaled can't do much for you. Also, there are situations where mIRC simply does not support a specific feature, not because it's *broken*, but because it hasn't yet been implemented.

Secondly, this isn't a place where you demand Khaled to fix things for you "ASAP". Khaled isn't your butler, and he's not only responsible to you. He has a whole community of people to fix bugs for. Please try to be more polite when posting a bug report or feature request and realize that you're not the only person here. Also realize that the responses/questions of others, especially when they ask you to clarify the bug, deserve an answer, because they help Khaled find the cause. This is a public forum, if you wanted Khaled's attention privately, you would have emailed him.

Finally, this is likely not even a bug. Instead of maintaining the stance that it's broken, listen to the posts of others to realize why it's not. UTF-8 encoding requires a specific format to be used properly, and can easily be broken if you break the format. Are you running any scripts? These scripts could break this format. Have you properly set your font settings to speak in the arabic fontset you wish? Are you using a font that supports your characters? The only way to know if this is a real bug or not is for you to answer all of these questions. You may not be a scripter, and may not know *how* to answer some of these questions; in that case, please ask how.. these answers are pretty necessary to save Khaled's time.

No, it doesn't. It just puts that output after your own nick (assuming you are displaying your own nick in mIRC's options).

Its a UTF-8 thing
I just tested it in another UTF-8 client (NON IRC CLIENT).

Does the same thing... mIRC is working fine smile

BTW, It's "0x0F 0x02 0x9D" that does it. I don't know why the extra chars are there.

You should probably post a screenshot of what you're seeing and highlight exactly what you think is a bug.

Right now I can't see anything happening with the text you gave that looks like a bug.

Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and stupid comments are intentional.

If you have UTF-8 on, Everytime you paste 0x0F 0x02 0x9D it will move back by about 2pixels.

Try pasting it in an empty channel

Reconsidered. Not a good idea to post code that could be abused.

Enabling UTF-8 support isn't required for this bug to occur - the byte sequence above isn't UTF-8. It's also quite obviously a bug.

Ok, So it's not a UTF-8 bug, My bad.
I wonder why it works in other places as well.
It does appear to only work if you have certain language packs as well.
