is it possible to put mirc on to my website if so can some1 plz tell me how

If you're referring to being able to use mIRC via a web interface (ie: java), then the answer is no.
If you're referring to hosting the program on your website, then the answer is maybe..there are a lot of technical terms and requirements that you have to meet to be able to host/run a mirror.

Unfortunately I'm unable to locate the appropriate information in order to provide you with a link. Hopefully someone else will have better luck.

what i am talking about is where ppl can click a link and be able to chat by clicking that link

The network I chat on, www.vsixc.com , offers a nice webchat interface you can host on your website. Stop by if you are interested. VSIXc uses a modified IRCxPro.

pjirc is a really good java web applet, while CGI:IRC is another very good CGI based web based IRC client.

both have their pro's and con's.
