keep trying to connect and get this message:

What's it mean? What do I do?

You were klined for some apparent reason...

Wait a til april 13th and wait it out or you could try emailing one of the network admins and explain your situation....If they have a website look there for any email addresses that may help...other than that we cannot do anything about it.

Also you may want to find another Network if you cannot connect to any of the servers

My guess is that someone has infected machines connected to the same ISP as you and the whole ISP has been banned to allow people time to find out they are infected and give them time to remove the infection. IRC is alive with what is called warbots these days. In plain English: They are like small chat programmes that are distributed by websites that are advertised to chatters when they join rooms, which connect someone's computer to an IRC server so that it can be controlled (usually sent to another server to flood that server). The number of infected connections flooding IRC servers nowadays can number between 10 or 20 upto several thousand, hence the need to often ban whole ISP's or even whole countries.

You or anyone with the same isp has been a naugthy boy/girl.
