Forums mIRC Help wont accept email on registration

i am trying to register on IRC using
/msg Q HELLO <storm@fps-planet.com> <storm@fps-planet.com>

and it just says

-Q- Email contains invalid characters
-
-Q- That email address is not allowed, please try with a different one.

and i dont know why.
also i read the /msg Q HELP HELLO and it said something about hostmasks which i got no idea about.

can someone please help me

This isn't, strictly speaking, a mIRC problem. I suggest that you join the help channel for that network (usually #help) and enquire there for details regarding your registration problem.

Hi there dont use the < or > chars and you should be ok.
